Currently in design stage the development will consist of a car park structure of approx. 3.5 levels, a retail/ commercial office podium of 3 floors and one hotel / residential tower comprising approx. 90 hotels rooms and 43 apartments.

Newland Wood Certification will act as private certifiers with Newland Wood Access providing compliance advice with respect to providing access for people with disabilities, in particular ensuring carrying out assessments for Licable Housing requirements under SEPP 65.
